At its core, leadership means setting goals, lighting a path, and persuading others to follow. But the responsibility entails much more. Leaders must get their message out in a way that inspires, make the most of their limited time, and build roads to precious resources. They must negotiate alliances, improve their colleagues, and align the ambitions of the many with the needs of the organization.

Jonathan KY Low  MMIM, MIM-CPT, brings with him 21 years of professional and global hospitality experiences in various senior management and leadership roles in sales and marketing, revenue management, operations and customer service, having traveled widely to more than 35 countries and 125 cities in Europe, United States, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

 

A powerful coach trainer, Jonathan has successfully delivered his high energy, fun and greatly engaging programs to international participants in Beijing, Bangkok, Bali, Jakarta, Jogjakarta, Surabaya, Kuala Lumpur and other states in Malaysia, helping well-known multinational corporations improved their performance, productivity and profitability.

Jonathan's qualifications include a Swiss and the American Hotel & Lodging Association Diploma in Hotel Management, MBA (General Mgmt) from RMIT University, Australia, Malaysian Institute of Management’s Certified Professional Trainer (MIM-CPT) program and the Certified Professional Trainer credentials from Quest Group and IPMA, United Kingdom Besides this, he has recently completed another world class Professional Certified Coach program from Corporate Coach Academy, Malaysia/ International Coach Federation, USA.
