Click on the "APPLY NOW" button below to proceed to our Individual Membership Online Application. An initial payment of RM200.00 (non-refundable) processing fee will be required upon submission of the Online application via our online payment facility. We accept both Visa and Mastercard.

NOTE

1. Applicants will be advised of the grade of membership for which they have been approved for admission and the balance of the fee then becomes payable.
2. The Annual Subscription and Entrance Fee is payable in full on approval of membership.
3. MIM reserves the right to reject any application.
